There was a problem with UBC's CNN broadcast on Saturday, July 23. Since morning, the the audio was totally out. I?ve been reading a lot lately about what the Democratic Party should stand for. This is a question of framing and a question of principle. There are a great number of policies that I think the Democrats should support in domestic and foreign policy. But that?s not what I?m talking about here. I?m talking about a central idea that resonates with the American people.
